Chesthomes was formed in 2021 bringing together various professionals specialising in land acquisition and planning, with a combined experience of over 20 years.
Our professionally recognised team take great pride in aiming to develop land with attractive homes in desirable locations, enhancing landscapes and building communities across the Southwest.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence in design, sensitive landscaping, sympathetic restoration and addressing the needs of not only the home buyers, but their neighbours, and the wider community.
Working in partnership
We work in partnership with landowners to realise the full potential and value of their land by carrying out a full land assessment to determine the likelihood of securing planning with a view to developing the land.
We dedicate a considerable amount of our time to maximising the value of land. This is generated through an experienced in-house team of surveyors, planners and lawyers, and a comprehensive understanding of the planning process.
