We have assisted landowners and developers on the following projects, whether it was to assist with securing the planning consent, the site acquisition or the site disposal.
Imperial Road, Windsor
This was a project to acquire two detached houses following the grant of planning consent. The planning consent obtained was for the demolition of the two houses and the construction of 2x two bedroom dwellings, 14 apartments block, associated parking and new vehicular access.
Crescent Road, Barnet
This project was a back land development, which involved the acquisition of four garden spaces and two houses following the grant of planning consent. The planning consent secured was for the demolition of an existing house and erection of 8x two bedroom dwellings, associated parking, amenity space, landscaping and cycle storage.
Holyfield Road, Waltham Abbey
This project was to acquire a building yard following the grant of planning consent. The planning consent secured was for the demolition of the existing commercial buildings and the erection of 9 detached dwellings.
Cocks Lane, Bracknell
This project was a barn site conversion, where the site was acquired following the grant of planning consent. The planning consent secured was for the demolition of the existing barn buildings and the erection of 4x three bedroom dwellings and 1x four bedroom dwelling with associated parking and access.
Crown PH, Sheering
This project was a public house conversion where the site was acquired following the listed building consent for a change of use, subdivision and extension of the public house to create 3x two bedroom and 1x one bedroom dwellings and the erection of three bedroom detached dwelling.
